Mango Pineapple Salsa

This yummy salsa offers a fresh change of pace—sweet meets a bit of heat.


  • 2 cups pineapple (chopped tidbits)
  • 2 cups ripe mangos (chopped into cubes)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice (more per taste)
  • 1 Jalapeno (seeds removed, finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)


  1. Combine in large bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or tastes great on fish or pork tacos.
