DIY immune-boosting green smoothie 


There’s nothing better on a hot summer’s day than a refreshing and natural smoothie—and there’s nothing better for you. Let this colorful concoction tempt your senses and delight your tastebuds.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Robinson Fresh kale greens
  • 2 cups Robinson Fresh pineapple chunks
  • 3-4 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small bunch of mint (6 leaves)
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 3–4 ice cubes

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve cold.
