Mango Pineapple Salsa

The combination of sweet and salty has always been a fan favorite. This salsa recipe combines the sweetness of mangos and pineapples with your favorite salty chip. 


  • 2 cups pineapple (chopped tidbits)

  • 2 cups ripe mangos (chopped into cubes)

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice (more per taste)

  • 1 Jalapeno (seeds removed, finely chopped)

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root (peeled and finely chopped)

  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)


  1. Combine in large bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or tastes great on fish or pork tacos
