Pineapple crisp

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Cut Your Pineapple

  1. Cut off the top and bottom
  2. Cut in half and then in quarters
  3. Remove the core
  4. Split into spears
  5. Remove the rind

  3. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and egg until smooth.
  4. Spread topping in dish.
